Folks may be interested to read a blog post: Breaking free from GitHub Discussions' limitations about building a set of tooling to make it possible to improve the triage process for GitHub Discussions.
The underlying tool that I've written for managing this will be Open Source soon, so y'all can take a look at some of the interesting things we're looking for, and see if there are improvements we can make!
