Add support for aube lock file maintenance

Aube is a new Node.js package manager from the developer of mise: https://aube.en.dev

Similar to other package managers it creates aube-lock.yaml: https://aube.en.dev/package-manager/lockfiles.html

It would be useful if Renovate could be able to refresh Aube’s lock files.
