There will be a "summer holidays lull" for the next few weeks

Due to summer holidays with the maintainers, there will be a reduced level of upstream work on Renovate over the next 3-4 weeks.

Similar to last end-of-year, we'll likely be avoiding big refactors/big new features, and instead focussing on keeping Renovate stable during this time.

For the maintainers who are around, we'll leave it to their discretion, but please keep this in mind.

There will be some Mend employees still around with access to keep an eye on things like security advisory reports, and we'll have @RahulGautamSingh covering Discussions while I'm OOO
