Currently, Renovate only supports voting Code-Review on Gerrit.

While that is a standard for +99% of the Gerrit projects, there is no hard rule on that. Projects can drop Code-Review and define their own necessary votes.

It would be nice if Renovate allowed to configure that. I suggest something like gerritAutoApproveVotes which defaults to ["Code-Review"], and users can either override it with e.g. ["Manual-Check"] or add additional votes like ["Code-Review", "Other-Check"] (requested at my company already).

Better naming suggestions are mostly welcome. I'd just avoid calling them labels, because Renovate labels in Renovate are actually mapped to hashtags, which can be confusing.
