Auto-link Dependency Dashboard to PRs (Azure)

Feature idea / request

Like @omgMath in his Discussion we require a linked work-item by branch policy to complete our PRs in Azure DevOps.

Since renovate creates the dependency dashboard as an issue (=work-item), this would be an easy way to satisfy the policy without going extra steps using an API to change the policy etc.

Suggestion:
Additional configuration parameter comparable to azureWorkItemId like prAutoLinkDashboard or prAutoLinkDependencyDashboard
