Minor improvements to the readability of the website. In several places i've added breaks so the text from one section doesn't overflow into another (and also move past the horizontal rule separating those sections). I've also changed the figure captions to be a smaller font size so the text doesn't get confused with a section body. Lastly, I removed usless
a hreftags that deadended, and also added padding to left-aligned images so the text body doesn't intersect with the image border.
