Looking at using offline on my windows PC and now trialling how it works. As an electronics hobbyist retired after 54 years on the tools doing everything from consumer products mainly DTV and audio equipment in a small country town in Australia I have been now collecting test equipment and a few parts. I think this might allow me to track bits and see what I have. It wont be a huge list and still not sure what this will do for me. Swarm sounds good but then will it limit me to 100 or so parts? I stopped the web page then had trouble finding it again because maybe my internet ad blocker needed turning off to allow the connection again (maybe it was just me unfamiliar!) All baby steps in learning something new. Thanks for making this available mate.
PS: how to make the part cost default to AU$ as currently its US$ no matter what! Selecting this for every part is a real pain. maybe a hot key ie A=$AU U=USA$ G=GB$. Not even sure how I set the default AU$ but it is ad seen in admin/system info.
PS2: are parts bins = parts? say 192 parts bins. I have about 10 large bins for different parts types. components, hardware, radio, tools. Not sure how this would fit together here. but a folder with smd caps and resistors
