Create a deployment Pricing Issue

I push code to the replicate and it works fine and I am using API in my system. I have a question what is the different between default API offer with project when you push the code to replicate you got the API by default and "Create a deployment" which show Maximum $84.24/day The cost for the maximum 1 instance fully utilized for 24 hours. If i didn't use API, do i need to pay $84.24/day?

What is the different between default API of the project and "Create a deployment" API?
