Cold booting taking forever

Hi team,
I have been using having trouble using https://replicate.com/lucataco/flux-schnell-lora, which is a pretty popular api as the cold booting taking forever
I've been waiting for over 30 mins and it still in the booting stage. All my api requests were failing.
