[bug] API调试时，重定向URI处理错误

重定向URI处理错误

例如请求某API接口，该接口返回重定向

重定向URI为

/xxxx/v1/xxxx?service=xxxx

reqable在自动重定向的时候，把uri中的?自动的encode成了%3F，导致服务端无法处理，返回了http400

希望reqable在重定向时，能不修改Location，根据服务端返回的Location，原样的进行重定向请求

或增加一个控制开关，控制不修改Location
