Investigate why dynamic versioning does not seem to work

poetry-dynamic-versioning should be enabled but it does not seem to work.

This causes issues when publishing to PyPi as the .whl file has the same version as the previous releases published.

Investigate and possibly fix the problem with the dynamic versioning
