technically we could also add a 2nd field for the JSON part in plausible.init(), but I would just keep it simple for now...

First commit, so please excuse any mishaps, and let me know if it needs any changes.
I also took the liberty to make it a 2nd analytics entry so we keep compatibility for "old" plausible installs and not breaking any existing ones.
