Can only add 2 web radio stations at a time

I don't know when this started but, as the title says, when adding radio stations to the Library it is only possible to add two at a time. Trying to add a 3rd station does nothing, there is no error but the 3rd station is not added. If you go out of the Library and back in again it is then possible to add two more stations before you have go out again and come back in.
