Enable Commander's built-in help subcommand so that resend help and resend help <command> work as expected instead of returning a "too many arguments" error.

Summary by cubic

Fix CLI help by enabling commander’s built-in help subcommand, so resend help and resend help <command> display usage instead of erroring with “too many arguments”.

Written for commit 1f3ddee. Summary will update on new commits.

Enable Commander's built-in help subcommand so that `resend help` and
`resend help <command>` work as expected instead of returning a
"too many arguments" error.
