Restate's AI docs were too spread all over the place: the quickstart and Agent SDK tours were in the Learn section, and then there were guides in the AI docs themselves, some of those used Agent SDKs, others used plain Restate. It was confusing.
This restructure brings all docs together in the AI docs, with links from the learn section.
It gives a clear journey from quickstart to getting started, to more advanced, use-case-focused guides.
All guides now include all the options and integrations with running instructions
