As a new user, I'd like the GUI to guide me through every step I need to make a new trunk/extension/queue work, so that I don't feel something is broken when it doesn't work and I haven't reloaded.
Adding a trunk/extension/other without pressing the Reload button does nothing: you've added it to the DB but it wouldn't be activated. This is quite confusing to new users like me.
Proposal: the GUI should prompt a small message saying 'you must reload _____ to make changes effective' when it detects unsaved changes.
