Error: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'dev/scss//wvc-theme'

When I login as admin, and open app settings page, I get the following error:
Error: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'dev/scss//wvc-theme'

But I can find this directory existing indeed in the project directory: webvirtcloud/dev/scss/wvc-theme
