- Pass provider into `deriveWorkLogEntries` and centralize activity hiding rules - Suppress OpenCode progress/update churn while keeping completed tool entries - Preserve multiline work-log detail rendering with `whitespace-pre-wrap`/`break-words` - Add test coverage for OpenCode noise filtering
