Minor issue with math notation

The following issue can be reproduced "Ethnic Differences in the Relationship Between Insulin Sensitivity and Insulin Response.pdf"

1. " $\pm$ SE" cannot be parsed.
2. It may be difficult to address, but the superscript and subscript, e.g., $S_I ; (\times 10^{-5},\mathrm{min}^{-1}$,

Maybe LaTeX text is a good way to address the above two issues, and other math notations. Latex does not highly depend on the encoding or font, and it is more robust.

3. The caption below Table 1 is ignored; maybe it can be considered as a part of the Table.
