Fixed

Selected-album incremental sync now recovers relation deltas that arrive before the matching asset record. kei hydrates the bounded missing relation, records the asset-to-master mapping, and keeps retry state scoped to the right iCloud library so safe cycles can advance their sync token. (#646, fixes #640, fixes #645)
