Full Description
This project is my entry to the Posit Table Contest, built as part of a larger dashboard called Discount Strategy Dashboard, a data visualization tool designed to help businesses understand discount patterns, revenue performance, and customer behavior.
The main interactive dashboard is live and accessible here:

The centerpiece of this submission is the final table visualization, which was created using Python and the Great Tables library. The core logic for generating the table can be found in the repository here:
📁 components/table_visual.py
To make the project easier to follow, I have included detailed code comments throughout the implementation to help other developers understand the logic and structure. Additionally, I prepared a separate documentation file that explains each part of the code and how it contributes to the final output:

The project was built with Quarto to combine narrative, code, and results into a cohesive workflow, enabling smooth reproducibility and clarity for anyone exploring or extending this work.
Overall, this submission showcases how Great Tables, combined with thoughtful data processing and Quarto-driven documentation, can deliver powerful, production-ready tabular insights within a broader analytics dashboard.
