OBS cursor

Hi @richen604, how are you doing ?

I saw from your dotfiles that you're also using OBS studio.
Do you also notice a ghost artifact following your cursor in your setup ?

are you using nvidia by chance? does it only show in the preview?

mine only shows one cursor

No I have a Dell XPS 13 with Intel Iris Xe graphics.
Thanks man, so I'm probably looking at a hardware configuration issue, will debug this during summer with a minimal configuration.

cursor:no_hardware_cursor = false in hydenix.hm.hyprland.extraConfig

in modules/hm/default.nix, I added:

hydenix.hm = {
  ...
  hyprland = {
    enable = true;
    extraConfig = { "cursor:no_hardware_cursor" = false; };
  };
};

And rebuilt, then ran obs studio, but I can still see the cursor artifact.

extraConfig is a multiline string

I'm stupid... With

  home.file = {
    ".config/hypr/userprefs.conf" = lib.mkForce {
      source = ./home/hypr/userprefs.conf;
      force = true;

    };
  }

I wasn't applying any extraConfig.

And YES ! Looks like your settings has fixed it !!! Thank you so much !
