Finally, a sintering furnace tracker that doesn't live in a spreadsheet from 2003
SinterSync captures every furnace cycle, temperature curve, and material cert in real time so aerospace powder metal shops can survive NADCAP audits without a panic attack. It traces each batch of titanium or nickel alloy powder from raw lot to finished flight-critical part, building an unbreakable chain of custody the FAA actually respects. Built this after watching a shop lose a $2M contract because one heat treat record was on a sticky note.
- Real-time furnace cycle capture with full temperature curve logging and deviation alerting
- Batch genealogy engine that resolves traceability across up to 14 nested material splits without breaking a sweat
- Native NADCAP audit package export — pre-formatted, timestamped, ready to hand to an auditor
- Direct integration with Primus Aviation Supplier Portal so your approvals don't live in someone's inbox
- Immutable chain of custody records. Every touch, every cert, every operator signature. Gone is gone, but nothing ever disappears.

SinterSync runs as a set of domain-isolated microservices — cycle ingestion, traceability graph, audit packaging, and auth are all independently deployable and independently scalable. The traceability graph lives in MongoDB because the schema for a powder batch genealogy is a document whether you want it to be or not. Hot audit lookups and operator session state are cached in Redis, which also handles long-term cert archival for shops that can't afford cold storage latency during an active audit. Every service communicates over a hardened internal event bus; nothing touches the outside world without going through the gateway.
