Individual colors for decorations

I'd love to give my decorations individual colors. Possibly even with transparency.
For my usecase, it would be sufficient to define the color as an optional parameter inside the editor.

Dashes seem not to work inside modules yet. (I just wanted to let you know. I can survive)
