Resolve #125, while this PR introduces
inline_express!instead ofinclude_express!macro. This is due to we cannot get full path where the proc-macro is called in stable way, although nightly API exists. See also Japanese article https://qiita.com/termoshtt/items/6a58ebeaded97a8cc7c6
