Deploy build -> "Error deploying build: ConnectError: [invalid_argument] unhandled change field '<nil>'"

Clicking "Deploy build" leads to "Error deploying build: ConnectError: [invalid_argument] unhandled change field ''"

To Reproduce

1. Click "Create Build" on a fresh Rig docker running locally
2. Enter "hello-world"
3. Click "Deploy"
4. See error

Expected behavior
Deployed build or clear error message on what's wrong

For whatever reason, if I create a new capsule called test2 (previous was test) and a new build for "hello-world" it works.

Trying to delete the non-working build, I get: "Error deleting build: ConnectError: [not_found] rollout not found"

We're doing to UI fixes to improve the flow, but it was also an opportunity to improve the feedback. With #44 we're now validating container images against the registries, so ensure a valid - and existing - image exists. This can be skipped if needed in the API.

This should now be fixed. UI is improved to make it more clear and concise... Will be out in the next release.
