sifter.py can not exit and log file can not save all data

I scan my cpu with xoreaxeaxeax's sandsifter but as you showed it stopped early. so I tried to scan with this project, but the sifter.py script can not exit and the log file can just save about 20 lines. The sifter.py script stopped like this picture:

the data saved in log file as:
log.txt
My cpu is Intel Xeon E3-1225V2 and with Ubuntu16.04, linux kernel is 4.4.0-137-generic.
I wonder if there is something wrong with the sifter.py script or there is a bug instruction?

Those are usually the last instructions that are run on most tests.
I will have to do some verification and see what's going on.

Unfortunately I cannot view your attached log file though, could you just paste for me the first starting lines at the head of the file with the run & system info and the last ~20 lines of the file as well as the file size?

I just find that the sifter.py didn't save the log file successfully, the log file I found is saved before I run the script. The problem is sifter.py can not exit and save log file. You can see in the picture the speed is 0/s, but the time is going on and I use ctrl+z to stop just find no log file saved.
