Creating Alerts is okay but everything after has a bit left to be desired.
- Creating via code, there's no information that gets pushed up. What's the refresh rate? Whats the criteria (using below)? Is it disabled or enabled? Can't edit it at all?

Testing the alert (customers brought this one up too) esp for slack alerts, how do I know its working? Can I send a test message out?

What does whenever your data refreshes mean? If I do a source refresh in the UI, doesn't trigger the alert. Does this mean new data? How do we determine that?

Add a disable enable in the UI. What is snooze? Why do i have to click 3-4 times to get to the snooze button.

Edit recipients in the page, Why do I have to click 3-4 times to get to the recipients edit page?
Describe the solution you'd like
We will need to eventually redesign the alerting page to be more user friendly :)
