feat: implement background task scheduling to optimize UI responsiveness (#268)

Overview

This PR addresses the UI stuttering and thread-blocking issues identified in #268. By introducing a BackgroundTaskScheduler powered by React Native's InteractionManager, heavy non-urgent operations are deferred until UI animations and screen transitions are completely finished. This optimizes the Time to Interactive (TTI) for smoother performance on lower-end devices.

Changes

• Background Task Scheduling Service: Created src/services/backgroundTaskScheduler.ts to manage and throttle low-priority tasks.
• Logger Optimization: Refactored src/utils/logger.ts to flush logs asynchronously in the background rather than blocking the main thread.
• Image Cache Optimization: Refactored src/utils/imageCache.ts to delay image pre-warming tasks until after critical UI interactions are complete.
• Path Resolution Fixes: Globally resolved import path discrepancies (@/ to relative paths) to eliminate linter blocking and ensure clean builds.

Impact

• Safely moves heavy lifting off the main thread during navigation and screen mounting.
• Maximizes UI frames per second (FPS) by leveraging InteractionManager.runAfterInteractions.
