SAN Check is an addon for DnD Six Attributes. It adds the CoC-inspired POW attribute, a hidden SAN value, SAN-loss events, mental-debuff duration scaling, and player hallucinations.

- POW is shown as an attribute through DnD Six Attributes.
- POW uses the 0..20 DnD Six Attributes scale; CoC percent POW is
POW * 5. - On respawn, SAN resets to
POW * 5. - SAN is hidden, but warning status effects appear when sanity is disturbed.
- SAN below 50 enables hallucinations of other players; SAN 0 means 100% hallucination chance.
- A single SAN loss of 5 or more triggers temporary 50% hallucination chance for
10 * 1d10seconds.
