Do not attempt to run "Importer" at every startup / project opening

Hello,

Everytime I open my project, which can happen to test an API deployed in staging / production without the Swagger available on it, and neither the REST endpoint for Swagger running on local, Kreya complains because it's unable to run the importer.

This is not really annoying (it probably just shows a warning and delay a little bit the opening of the project), but I think it would be perfectly reasonable to have a "Do not automatically run the importer at every startup" option somewhere in the Importers settings, and to let user to run it on request.
I have searched a such option but either it doesn't exist, either I missed it. So I kindly suggest to add it in a future release.

Hello,
I am reusing this ticket to avoid to create a new one for a minor thing, also related to Importers :

In "Project -> Importers" window, I think it could be interesting to be able to run importers, as the button allows to do in main left pane. This button is a bit small and we can easily forget it's at this place, so having the same feature in the "Importers" menu seems meaningful.

@AFract Do not worry about creating new issues even for minor things. Creating a new issue is actually even easier for us to track things, as we then can close issue individually when they are implemented :)
