[Admin] [Bug] Fix player suggestions for tags that contain special characters

Observed: Special characters cause the player suggestion feature to bug out and display things like 
``` ~ socal``` for a player like ```V$``` when there isn't an exact match for the tag.

Expected: Suggestion doesn't break.
