- added an expo based example app (uses example from example/src/pages/OutOfBandAssets.tsx)
- in the expo app iOS and android is ignored, so it's easy to upgrade
…so old app should use PageList

This is great! Love that it's using the same pages across both. Any instructions to add to the main README, or to package.json to simplify running the examples?
