Replaces the synthetic dev-shell with @rivet-dev/agentos-shell: `just shell` opens native bash/brush inside the VM over a real PTY, with docker run -style flags (-i/-t/-e/-v/--mount/-w). Adds a C pty_probe snapshot suite and a brush interactive PTY regression test (xterm-headless) covering the crossterm cursor-position fix so Enter no longer clears the screen.
