can't change browser executable in Chromin

Hi there,

and thank you very much for this very useful tool.

How to reproduce:

• Both browsers, Chrome and Vivaldi are installed
• Chromin automatically watches Chrome.exe
• Go to settings
• Click browse
• Choose Vivaldi.exe

Expected:

• Chromin now should start watching and monitoring Vivaldi.exe

Reality:

• Still watching and monitoring Chrome.exe, completely ignoring this change.
• File path visually persists at Chrome.exe.
