Small fixes.

Transfers now properly check the Contract property as boolean, the app now places buttons on multi-tickets in the right place, and menu items are now properly cloned to be the page title. The menu items Route, On Call, Dispatch, Transfers, and Ticket Entry are special cases that are handled differently.
