Better security and clearity.

The automated email notification system was updated to include information about where a delivery originated as its destination. Additionally this system now detects if a ticket was canceled, declined, or marked dead run.

The formKey used for post data security was updated to use a cryptographically secure value. Additionally this value is now regenerated by the server a provided to the client after each server call.
