• crash on startup when running minerva login resolved
• add --max-cache-size allowing you to limit the amount of jobs you do at once by file size (e.g. --max-cache-size 10G will ensure you dont download more than 10GB at a time)
• changed -dr and -ur to -d and -r
• did some general changes to the loop, some race conditions resolved via locks
