We now handle this via the body streaming.
In PHP 7, $start being the same length of the string now returns an empty string, rather than false.

Looks like we're accidentally using
CURLOPT_FILEstill, but it was obsoleted by #147/#172.There might be further problems too.
Fixes #171.
