thalamic-relay

Lightweight CLI relay: hardware telemetry in → normalized stimuli / SNN step → UDP IPC + Prometheus.

Version: 0.1.0 | Edition: 2024 | License: MIT OR Apache-2.0

Software-only orchestration relay (no built-in FPGA / silicon-bridge dep). Observes GPU/CPU telemetry when available, steps an in-process neuromod SNN, exposes UDP control and Prometheus metrics. Degrades to simulated telemetry without NVIDIA/NVML.

cargo build --release
