1. Adds support for new RR RPC method `service.Statuses` (#3) 2. Remove deprecated code (#4) 3. Replaces the local protobuf files and generated PHP classes in the centrifugo package with the pre-generated PHP classes provided by the roadrunner-php/roadrunner-api-dto composer package. 4. Updates psalm version up to 5.x 5 Updates spiral/roadrunner up to 2023 6. Adds issue templates and funding

Since RR v2.12 there is a ne RPC method
service.Statuses, which provides more detailed information about every run service status and errors if it failed
