Configurable NTP server

Hopefully a simple request/enhancement.

Would it be posible to reconfigure the NTP server from the web UI?

I have a GPS discliplined clock on my LAN that I would prefer to use, and I am sure others would find it useful to be able to easily reconfigure the NTP client to either use a local NTP server, or one in their region.

Generally, *.pool.org is a very reliable and worldwide available free service.

The implementation does not attempt to be milli-seconds accurate, by not taking round-trip delays into account, however it was still an improvement to the original code.
Running three clocks side by side, all three scroll the same message in sync, showing that the current NTP time sync implementation is pretty good.

The configuration string length is becoming quite long, and there are plans to increase the scroll message length , which makes me a bit reluctant to add your request of adding an NTP server url to the configuration page.

But if there are at least 10 me-too votes by starring users to this request, I'll add it.
