Release uzpexec v0.85 (dist packages)

BUGFIX - R.v0.85 - uzpack.sh: internal payload transfer fails

To fix 'uzpack.sh' is enough to download and replace it from this
commmit or the immediate next one which contains also the test
for checking it works properly.

To fix 'unpack', it is require to regenerate it with its fixed .sh
and the best way is to create a void folder, copy fixed 'uzpack.sh'
in that folder, enter in that folder and do:

• sh uzpack.sh uzpack.sh uzpack

The immediate next commit is preventing this bug as regression:

• 3b9b8a9 - Makefile,uzpack.sh: adding a 'standalone mode' test for uzpack

This is the source/devel package fix for the release v0.85.
