How It Works

• Capture: Use the GitHub mobile app → “+” → New issue in this repo.
• Organize: Issues appear in Project Board (Kanban).
• Tag: Apply labels like #paper, #R-package, #epidemiology, #workflow.
• Act: Move cards across columns: Inbox → To Explore → In Progress → Done.

Common Labels

• inbox — unprocessed
• paper — research article
• tool — software/package
• question — unresolved query
• epidemiology, R, Java, AI, policy, methods
• project-idea

💡 Tip: Keep issue titles short and descriptive:

Export Later?

All issues are searchable and linkable. Use gh CLI or GitHub API to export to Obsidian/Notion later if needed.
