Standardize sign-in results around session payloads and mirror user and session claims into access tokens so Convex identity and clients can read them directly.

Add opt-in telemetry identity enrichment, support multiline PKCS#8 private keys in generated env output, and update docs and tests to match the new auth flow contracts.
