(feat) Select all

I am having a few ideas that you might find interesting.

• Select all button next to "Clear Checks"

• Select all files that are code files (do not select png's, .gitignore)

• Select all code files, that are not in ".gitignore" or ".GeminiCoderIgnore"

• Save selection to a dropdown or menu, for later retrieval upon clicking/selecting

I tried to plan this but was discouraged by the numerous edge cases.

This should already work, .gitignore is not ignored though but its contents are used for ignoring what it lists.
