Pre-pin common stats on first launch

A fresh install had no pins, so the menu bar showed only the app icon.
Seed default pins (Claude Session/Weekly, Codex Session/Weekly, Cursor
Auto Limits/API Usage) when no pins are saved, and restore them on reset.
A user-emptied pin set is still respected. Closes #606.
