2 Issues related with WM_DISPLAYCHANGE

Issue 1:

non shared screen will show for a second when set main display

Steps on my Product
Extra screen connected

A: start a meeting
B: join the meeting
A: start to share entire screen of extra screen with WGC
A: set extra screen as main display (System->Display)
Expected
Main screen won't be broadcasted to B
Actual
Main screen broadcasted to B for a second

Steps on demo app
Open demo app and capture main display
Open system setting, set extend display as main display, and then set back again.
Looking at the demo app, the extend display will show on the app for a second.

Issue 2:

yellow halo for main screen disappear when plugin/unplug extra screen

Steps
Open demo app and capture main display
yellow halo remains in main screen
plug-in extra screen
no yellow halo around the main screen
Note: with extra screen connected, share main screen, unplug the extra screen share the same experience

My OS:

Windows 10 Pro
22H2

And on my Win11 have same issue.
