Added checks for
image_pathtype inmodel.predict, it can be eitherstrornp.array. If it's astrwe will usePILto open it, otherwisecv2.imencodePILwill raise aPIL.UnidentifiedImageErrorerror if it cannot load the image, e.g. sending a text filephoto.asdreturns inLinked to #83
