…management - Added new MCP command group for managing Model Context Protocol integrations. - Implemented `frodo mcp server start` command to start an MCP server session. - Created `frodo mcp server tools` command to list current MCP tools. - Integrated HTTP and stdio transport options for MCP server. - Enhanced package dependencies with `@modelcontextprotocol/sdk` and updated `@rockcarver/frodo-lib`. - Added utility functions for handling MCP server operations and transport wiring.
